Gnome error

If test-speech worked, then you don't need to worry about gnome-speech.
Upgrading your Gnome should also upgrade your gtk libs.  Never had your
problem.  Since I didn't have a festival package when I played with
Slackware 10, I don't kno if it might be missing something else.
