red hat installation guide link

It appears that the red Hat Installation guide either is no longer up or 
at least can't be accessed from the howto on the speakup site. If I hit 
this link either in the section listing guides or later in section Four 
Installing, I'm taken to a page with a link that says Introduction and 
that's all. If I hit enter on the introduction link, the first two links 
say "red Hat Linux 9" and the third says "How to Use this Manual" but you 
only go back to the link that says "introduction" unless you choose the 
third link. There you find a fourth link that takes you to a page with a 
fifth link. In other words, it appears that the index is there but the 
material isn't.
I don't remember anybody else pointing this out.
