Playing mp3 and ogg in fedora

Ogg123 will play Ogg, and is installed by default if you chose the
"Everything" group of packages.  Note when Fedora 2 comes out, OSS is
depricated, so now you use ALSA which is much better than OSS in my opinion.
This isn't saying that you can't use OSS drivers, just that it is
depricated.
