converting cds to ogg or mp3

Hi all.

Does anyone out there either know of or have a script which would take
a cd, look up the info on that cd in something like cddb.org, then
write out all the tracks as either ogg or mp3 files in the form
"artist name - song title.ogg/.mp3"? Thanks.
