filling out forms in links

hi,
sorry I have been playing with other stuff and forgot to get back to you. I
am using an older version of links. it is
ELinks 0.4.2 - Text WWW browser
could this be the problem?
I am using redhat 9 how would be the best way to update links.

I don't know why it wouldn't work, maybe you are using a different

Try giving the command "links --version" to see what version you are
using.

This is because links is a symbolic link to elinks which is supposed to
be extended links or something.
