Good day folks,
  Here is a status update.

  The original speech-dispatcher test application ran fine with Flite, but no speech was heard when I set SPD to use the Dectalk synthesizer. I've tried both 4.61 and 5.0, and no speech. Are the two dtk-generic.conf files I have used meant to work with 4.61 or 5.0? Since they both seem to use the say program, would it make any difference?
