Festival errors

There is an experimental interface from current cvs speakup to the
speech dispatcher daemon which I believe supports festival.  You would
use the softsynth driver with speakup and the speechd-up driver from
the projects page at www.freebsoft.org/.  There are still some issues
to be resolved but it is an interesting start I think.
