flite questions?

Hi
         Unfortunately, the answer is no to both questions. Flite only 
comes with US English voices, and it cannot use mbrola voices (I wish). 
Festival can use mbrola voices, but I don't think it can speak German. I 
haven't seen any updates to flite in over a year.
