dosemu freedos tarball contains virus?

Hello all. I was recently using clam antivirus to scan some files and I 
found that the dosemu-freedos-b9pbin.tgz file is infected with a virus. 
I redownloaded the file and the same thing happens. here's the relevent 
line I get from clamscan:
./dosemu-freedos-b9-bin.tgz: PowerPump.B FOUND

is this the real thing or a false alarm?
