Hi Chuck.
I have this phone and it works really nice for me.
I suggest downloading the manual if you can, and if you can't find it let me know and I'll send it to you in text format.
You can use some of the menu functions if you memorize the numbers to hit after pressing the menu key to access certain functions.
You can change the ring, change the volume of the ring and set the security codes on the phone as well as other things.

I'm actually in the market myself for a newer phone so seeing the topic come up on the list is a good thing...
Can any of these phones that have been mentioned be plugged in to a laptop for mobile internet access while on the go??
