pgp problem still not solved

Actually, I think I figured out what the problem is...It appears that
Shaun has set pgp_outlook_compat=yes in one of his muttrcs, however when
I try setting it in my .muttrc file Mutt complains that
pgp_outlook_compat is an unknown variable. We appear to be using the
same version of Mutt (1.3.28I). Was their a patch or something released
that adds this variable?
