speakup cvs module

Well there are no errors that I see having just tried checking out
speakup and www2 not www.  I have never seen the -c flag before so I
can't help there.  Remember that checking out speakup should really be
done using the checkout script rather than just checking out the
module because of the number of patches which need to be coordinated
and applied.
