speakup cvs module

Hello,
	I'm trying to checkout the latest speakup cvs module and keep getting
the message premature end of headers from server, see above message if
any. I was wondering if this means the server is tempoarily full as i
have seen this before or if i have a configuration problem?
	Also, i'm trying to checkout the web site, and trying to get a list of
available cvs modules. Neither of these actions are working. The commands
are:
cvs co www
and:
cvs checkout -c
