I need some help with a sound card issue: I cannot get any sound from my sound card. It is apparently an sB live, the type with only 4 jacks on the back, my sB live on my XP machine has 5 jacks on the back. But I installed Alsa, and that did not help. I tried alsaconf and it could not detect a card. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. Glenn
