Debian help again

Well, I am re-doing my images onto floppies, and I have re-formated the 
disks, and this time I am using winimage instead of rawrite.
But every time I open the net-drivers.img, it indicates 0 files.
I downloaded the file as well as tried using a disk that someone e-mailed to 
me.
What would be the problem here?
I don't want to start until I know all 3 disks are right.
the other 2 disks seem okay.
