Hi Bill.  try echo 1 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/all/proxy_arp.  Also make
sure /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward has a 1 echoed to it.

You might also want to make sure the ethernet bridging stuff is in the
kernel.  Have fun.
