test-speech comes with gnome-speech. It does not come with Gnopernicus.

But, gnome-speech is required by gnopernicus if you expect gnopernicus to talk.

So, either you wait for someone else to build the .deb, or you learn something new. Fortunately, it's not hard to build and install from source:

./configure --prefix=/usr
make
makeinstall

are the three commands you'll issue inside the directory created when you untar/unzip gnome-speech.

go to:

ftp://ftp.gnome.org/mirror/gnome.org/sources/gnome-speech/0.3/

and get the 3.2 tarball.
