Linux Installation Question

Hi, Leslie.
The Gnopernicus screen reader and Brltty can be joined for giving braille
access to the graphical Gnome desktop.
However, as a new user to Linux I'm not sure it would be a good idea to jump
in and try and configure Gnopernicus, Brltty, and Gnome for accessibility
unless you have a serious need for something like OpenOffice or something
like that.
Most tasks like email, internet, text editing, etc can be done quite well
from the console using brltty.
