Hi all. For those of you who may be interested, I patched Pdftotext so 
that it ignores the non-copy bit on PDF files. For now I have a Tarball 
up which one can download using sftp, mail me privately and I can tell 
you how to access it. Note: Haven't gotten around to generating a diff 
yet.
