Thanks everyone for all the replies. I will look around the board again 
and see what I can/cannot tell. However, I still believe some rewriting 
of the manual is necessary to make it even slightly more 
accessible...Right now, the way the manual refers to jumpers/connectors 
is by color, not physical orientation.
