Hi, shouldn't a command like mkinitrd -v -f /boot/initrd-2.4.20-24.9spk2.img --with=speakup_dectlk 2.4.20-24.9spk2 cause speakup to start when the computer boots? I issued this command from the shell and saw some reference to the dectlk but when I rebooted there was no speech. Roy
