Yeah, it said too many arguments...so I went to the bit that's labeled
install-info and changed a line there:

install-info $(infodir)/ocrad.info $(infodir)/dir

to
install-info $(infodir)/ocrad.info 

And it seems to have installed.

Now if I can figure out what to do with it...
