speakfreely server question

Hi all.

I am setting up a speakfreely server, but am experiencing one problem.

I am invoking sfreflect with the -hpath option:
sfreflect -hpath/var/www/htdocs/notelinux
However, I see neither notelinux.new, nor notelinux.html in the
/var/www/htdocs directory. Do I need to run sflwld in addition to
sfreflect as well?
