building dump/restore

Dump is at http://dump.sourceforge.net.  Be sure to read through the
options passed to configure, as you need to specify that the manpages be
owned by root and have a group of root for the make install to work right.
Dump is apparently a port of the dump utility from BSD, and is almost
identical to ufsdump under Solaris.  It can copy to tapes or files.  Not
sure why your email bounced, but I've been getting a lot of spam, and have
resorted to using a package called Spam Bouncer to handle it.  I will have
to check my logs for anything weird.
