Installing Mailman Debian Testing

I usually install from Debian stable, but I want to get Mailman from the
Debian testing category.  What is the fastest most painless way to do this.
It was recommended to me as the solution by a Mailman list.  It should be
easy, I just don't know how to do it safely.
