Problem with abcde

Hi all.
I'm using abcde to convert some cds to ogg. I'm noticing that I can't get abcde
to do anything other than '-q 3.00" for oggenc, even though I have it as "0" in
both my /etc/abcde.conf and ~/.abcde.conf. can anybody tell me what I am
missing?

I did post this on a specifically more general topic list but have gotten no
reponses, so thought I'd try you all.
