Greg,

Actually the monitor just sits with the "no signal input" message. It
possible a component on the board is bad as this board makes a slight
click when turned on or if the box is rebooted and has done so forever.
This may indicate the board is ok, but the cpu is not. Going to try a
few more tricks and see if I can get any more info on this. SOme boards
iwll do something if you pull the processor kind of a diagnostic deal.
