dial-up server catch-22

Hi Greg,
Let me explain how mine is set up
first you need to get caller ID basic on your line
then you tell
/etc/mgetty/dialin-config
your number
so in the file
1234567890 
and it will only answer from that number.

so set your answering machine to get it after the 3rd or 4th ring and set
up Mgetty to answer onthe first..
