Can't open Dectalk Rt.

Hello, everyone.
Today I just purchased the Dectalk RT for Linux, but the file I downloaded
will not extract with tar. I get several errors when I do tar -xzf
filename.tar.gz. Where filename is the name of the file.
I've downloaded the files twice more after that, and all of them fail to
extract. Does anyone have the install files for the Dectalk RT Software?
