installing red-hat 8.0 with speakup

Hi,
I'm Mickael and I plan to install red-hat 8.0 with speakup.
I have an apollo 2, but I don't know the red-hat distrib I need to download.
on the speakup home page, I see  that 
The newly released Red Hat 8.0 Linux distribution now includes the Speakup screen reader in support of equal access to all system functions from bootup.
Ok but  how I make the boot with speech during installation?
I need to boot from a flopy disk?

Sorry about these basic question, but I didn't find the answer on the net this morning.
