lynx build question

I currently am still using 
Lynx Version 2.8.5dev.2 (15 Aug 2001) and I will insert my configure
script below.  It has numerous options I wanted so why so big.  I
really don't recall for sure if I need them all or not but I want to
be able to execute local files and scripts.

configure --prefix=/usr --libdir=/usr/lib/lynx -\
