Speakup docs?

Hi all.  I've been looking for Speakup specific documentation, and coming up short.  There's a keyboard quick reference, on the site for nav keys, but I haven't been able to locate anything that tells me how to do things like set speech parameters and so on.  I can't locate a man page either, but that could just be me not knowing where to look.  What can I do to get complete docs for speakup?
