Another thing to add here is don't be put off by these "This iste uses
frames, but your browser doesn't support them" messages.  Most of the time
you can just look for a frame that's called something like main, and if
you can't go anywhere from that, go back and look for a menu frame.  I
find that these can be successfully browsed in the majority of cases.
