some remote booting questions

Hi all.

Well, I'm still setting up my diskless work station. I had to forget
about ltsp, since they only seem to support debian and redhat, and
their scripts told me that it can't run on my platform which is
slackware.

So, I've modified a zipslack setup, and am striking out on my own.

I'm ready to boot the diskless box now, but there are some questions
to which I would appreciate some answers please.

1. My firewall is endoshield version 1.2, and I know it blocks nfs by
default by looking at the script.

However, assuming I have an account on a machine in the outside world,
how can I determine from there if rpc.portmap and tftp are accessible
to the outside world or not?

2. I've been looking through some of the docs, but can't seem to find
the correct owner/group/permissions for /tftpboot. Does anyone know
what they should be?

Thanks.

Greg
