software speech for DOS

About 15 years ago both provox and jaws attempted to support the
Creative Labs SB Talker software speech package for DOS. It was
incredibly difficult to interface, and both Ted Henter and I had
a terrible time making it work. I finally gave up and withdrew
our support for it. I bet Ted wishes he did too! Although he
migrated to Windows soon after.
