No problem at all. You can install over the serial port with a null modem cable, if need be. That's how the one person
who has achieved Red Hat Certification (RCE) did it.
And, once installed, you can do absolutely everything over an ssh connection.
As I write this message, for example, I am using a computer that doesn't have speech or a speech synthesizer connected
to it.
