Hi,
you need to set up yer c/n lines that is, 
links block in the unrealircd.conf file.
here's a copy of mine to help you.

link services.australia01.27south.com {
        username *;
        hostname *;
        bind-ip *;
        port 7777;
        password-connect "imhere";
        password-receive "imhere";
        class servers;
        hub *;
        options {
                autoconnect;
        };
};
