ext2 to ext3 conversion

Hi
I did a "apt-cache search tune2fs" but Debian doesn't seem to know of the
package. However, a search for tune revealed packages systune and powertweak
which may be worth checking out but I doubt that they do the job in question.
Debian woody index files were last updated 12 Mar 02.
