LAC2: Remote Attendance Head Count (fwd)

Hi, Jim:

I'll be you could do it by phone even. Don't know what JP has planned in 
terms of web interface, if anything. I'll find out what his thinking is. 
Meanwhile, I thought someone here might want to patch from the phone to a 
online interface. Just a thought.
