acpi and the str/s3 state

Thanks Kerry. I do have an rtl8139-based card in this box, didn't know they cause apm problems. As I mentioned, the power supply is 300W. The board manual mentions that the power supply needs to provide at least 720 mA power, but since my grades weren't that grate in my basic electronics classes, I don't know how to calculate that (grin). Thanks again for your response.
