Install hangs at first boot

We can't help you if you don't tell us what the error is. Failed just 
doesn't describe it.

Please note that Speakup will talk, even on systems which won't boot. So, 
you should be able to provide us more specific data about the error.

What is it? A kernel panick? On what device??
