OT: what happened to the icecast winblows binaries?

Hi All,

I'm helping someone setup an icecast server on a winblows machine, but I
can't find the icecast winblows binaries anymore, nor does the sourcecode
mention anything about being able to compile on that os.  Does anyone know
where these binaries went?
