I don't know if you do Emacs or not, but I looked into the forms feature
recently and I think there is some real promise there. The best I can
suggest here would be to read the info page on forms within the info tree
for emacs and forms. It is like a small database in concept.

While I've been playing with postgresql, I don't know variations of the select statements well enough for this simple task. It feels like using a sledge hammer for a very small nut. I'm just looking for a small program that I as a single user can enter names, addresses and telephone numbers and retrieve quite easily. Any ideas?
