OT: Winblows and rsync

Sorry this is a bit off the speakup format, well a bit anyway.

I am trying to replicate a win-blows file system and am not having
much luck. i need not only to have the files transfer, which BTW
I have accomplished with rsync and samba, but I need to have the
win-blows local group and sid transfer as well. Any suggestions?
