moving or copying speakup-JFW.map

Hi, two things. First, I would like to correct Janina for making an
incorrect  statement. She said, "There is no such thing as a speakup-jfw.map
file."   Yes, there is a speakup-jfw.map and I wrote it.

Second, there is a readme file that ships with the map file that tells you
exactly how to install the file. If you want to avoid recompiling simply
copy the file to your /boot directory. Then add the following lines to
/etc/rc.local.

loadkeys /boot/speakup-jfw.map
