Hi Ann,
Redhat's installation program can be brought up in text mode and can be 
done without sighted help.  Now, I don't have anything against 
Debian--in fact my next Linux computer will probably be Debian--but 
there isn't anything wrong with the Redhat installation (except disk 
druid).
