asap and dosemu

Update to my asap and dosemu.
If I run asap after turning off speakup in dosemu, the speechpad behaves
correctly, except that I think speakup is also still there because I get some
echos. If I go this route, I will have to get out the post again about modifying
the references to serial in the speakup directory.
However, if I start asap without having first had speakup on, the keypad doesn't
function properly; it isn't in numeric mode but it also isn't fully in control
of asap apparently.
