Brltty and Speakup

I once installed Linux with speakup for a guy with a braille display,
and on his system brltty aND SPEAKUP WORKED TOGETHER JUST FINE. hIS
SYNTHESIZER WAS A DOUBLETALK INTERNAL CARD.
