install complete, but boot disk don't work

Well there is nothing here about a root file system. When booting with
the boot disk.
linux speakup_synth=xxx root=/dev/hdb2 ro
I think your going to have some difficulties booting the system from
hdb. To learn about this see the howto which discusses multiple
drives. http://www.linuxdoc.org
