Hi

You didn't state which distro you installed but it is likely that you have
the documentation on your drive already.  If you know DOS, you might want to
read the DOS to Linux HowTo or the Windows to Linux HowTo.  The
empowermentzone had some useful Unix stuff too.

I have gotten Linux installed and have a real living breathing Linux
machine.

Now the only thing I need to find is a summary of the basic commands for
running the system.

If anyone would be so kind as to send me such information, I'd really would
